Need Some Shopping Cart Help!
Hey Gang,
I'm looking for someone...ANYONE, who is using cartfreak and could help me out with some issues I'm having. I've submitted multiple support tickets, left phone messages, and sent emails, but no response.
I've got a few issues with it atually...
First, I'm wanting to integrate it (as best as possible) with my membership site (extrememember), and authorize.net. I have no idea how to do this, so i requested a quote from extrememember and before they can give me one, they need to know if it is compatable. The only way to find out, is to get an answer from support but...
The second issue i am having is with the one click upsells. I have followed the tutorials exactly as instructed (three times to be sure) but it doesnt seem to be working. It's passing all the variables, but its not truly "one click"... I was under the immpression that when customers say "yes" to the upsell, it is automatically charged to their card with that one click, but instead its making them fill out the checkout form again. Everything except the credit card info is prepopulated, but still...that's not one click.
Anyway, I'm just at a standstill with this project and looking for some help.
Do you use or have you used cartfreak before? Do you know anyone who has, that could clearly explain to me what I am doing wrong? Do you know anyone who has integrated cartfreak with extrememember? Do you have any suggestions?
