Creating an info product

Hi, I need some advice.

I'm currently making a nice profit from a website getting about 1000 visitors per day by pushing an affiliate product. I could be making a lot more selling my own product and building a list of my customers, but I haven't the knowledge nor the attitude to create such a product. It's not in the IM niche.

Any advice on where can I outsource such a thing and what's the best way to do it? Thanks.
