Well, seems like people enjoy the graphic part of it, although I probably need more pictures in it.

Things is, I haven't been able to monetize it well, just made a few affiliate sales through banner. And I don't have lots of traffic, been lazy with marketing in forums. If I go back there then I might do better. Need to know how could I improve conversions to the newsletter where I will upsell them affiliate offer..

Well, you need traffic (see above).

Also consider:

Changing the title of your lead capture from "Get a FREE Ebook" to "Gain Muscle FAST!".... something that shows the benefit, not a free ebook.

Your category section is in desperate need of help (no offense). Add something about muscle building to those links! "Around the web" and "Best of" don't TELL me anything. I don't know if you're going to link me to youtube videos of chimpanzees or tell me something valuable about the reason I would visit your site - gaining muscle.

Always step back and look at it from the visitor's perspective - what do they want, not what do you want. If you give them what they want, you'll get what you want.

  Thanx, I will write something different on Categories too. Although I don't think Categories a lot of attention on my blog... don't see much hits on it.. I also assumed (probably wrongly..) that people will understand what Best of means and definitely need to change Around the Web to something else..

Well, you can have a link on your profile pretty much always, and people will check out it if you are really good with content you leave on the forum. I also use bodybuilding.com's BodySpace and get some hits from there. And no forum banned me for leaving a link to my blog if the comment was relevant. I had a few warns but when they re-read my comments it was all good. I did get banned from Yahoo Answers for it tho.. which sucks...

Yahoo Answers were my first traffic source. I would sit there for 3 hours and wait for question about gaining muscle. I did get to 20 percent Best Answers but they still banned me. I always posted relevant very helpful stuff. Maybe some rival complained about me lol.. I used to get 20-30 hits from Yahoo alone. I still do get a few a day. Good traffic source definitely..

No intention to change the name, it sounds nice to me and isn't hard to remember. I don't like generic domains with keywords in them.. it helps SEO but at the same time it reminds me of scammy websites.. Created just to make money..

We definitely might work something out in the future if you have a good product. But my list is very small too now, I'm starting over and it will take time.

Btw, your blog looks too generic a little. Add some life to it. Some pictures etc..

It's good, I just think you need a better copy. For example: "If You leave Your Name and Email here I will send you the FREE ebook with recipes that will help You gain muscle." I'd probably rather click on something like "Maximize your efforts - this FREE book will help you reach your goals in HALF the time of what your current plan blah blah..." I don't know I'm a bad copywriter. But other than that the blog is great.

I guess I suck at copy... I think the statement is as clear and as direct as it can be. Seemed to me like it pointed out benefit, but I will work on it.

Yea you did, but apparently you need to subconsciously motivate potential leads to make a move and work on their emotions, not just be clear with your message.

Big companies like hair loss products ususally dont put the facts such as "XXX helped 3 out of four men regain up to 80% of lost hair" on their marketing campaigns. They hit you up with something like "Don't let Bob get all the chicks (insert fear into viewers)! Start with our product TODAY and have your hair back before the summer"

You may convert 13% more visitors to your subscribe... err... I mean - You'll make much more money and waste less time if you implement all those strategies.

I try to stay away from vain clients.. but probably they are ones that spend most... so maybe my logic is flowed.. lol

I Agree, it needs more pictures. People want to see before/after photos when they are trying to change and "knowing" it has been done before can help them believe that they can do it too. good job!

This wordpress theme is lovely, I wasn't aware it even existed.

My suggestion with reference to the content, is to break up the writing a bit more into different paragraphs.

It is a bit congested IMO.

I think it looks great, but I would make the inputs for the free ebook stand out more, by making the border size bigger and bolder. Because right now there kinda hard to see.
