Can I Post In Spanish To Blogs, Art.Directories etc

I have got a couple of clients now that would like to rank for a couple of Spanisg keywords. I haven´t though about this before, but is it possible to send spanish content to blogs like Hubpages, Blog, Livejournal, Gather etc or to articles directories like EzineA, Art.Directory, WP blogs etc? I assume bookmarking, video, RSS, won´t be any issues?

Anyone experience with submitting Spanish content to these sites?

    Just submit the links in the signature in Spanish, the body of the article in English. Goarticles accepts articles in Spanish and Articlesbase has its own Spanish version: Articuloz.com. One important article directory in Spanish is Articulo.org

    I have seen Squidoo lenses in Spanish but never seen a Hubpages. Wetpaint, Blogger, Wordpress, Typead, Livejournal accept content in Spanish.

    There are more but I can't remember now.
