I Desperately Need To Set Some Production Standards!

Hey everyone!

I finally set out a plan to get traffic to my sites. Everyone seems to have their methods so I set out to create my own little traffic map. I'm looking to get a large amount of traffic to my site in a short amount of time (arent we all?). I finally understand that in order to get mass traffic, your efforts have to reflect that. I need you all to throw me some good numbers as to forum posting, classified ads, bookmarking etc. Heres my questions.

number of classifieds ads I should post daily? 100,200,300 more

number of blog comments to leave?

bookmarking, I'm going to bookmark my site and my ebook download page as well.

Video creation - submit 1 a day? Maybe more

Forum posts- Quality of your post is the most important I understand, but how much time should be spent posting on the forums?

I have a HUGE PROBLEM with this, I come across so many strategies but I never know how much time to spend on each method. Traffic comes from everywhere I understand.

I just need some bars set though guys and by the way is there a way for me to automate any of this? I know there isn't much.

    Here's an interesting thought.

You have all day to do these tasks, but you haven't done them, so where is your passion?

If you find the work dull and have no passion for it then you're probably in the wrong niche and wasting your time. Posting at forums and blog commenting would come much more naturally if you were enjoying yourself, and you'd have to stop yourself from giving away your best content.

Also when doing forum marketing it works better when you turn on your signature file.

I'm fine doing the work just dont know where to start to get some good/ great results. Most people know how much to do before they can see results. They have a cut off point with each task small or big. By the way I'm aware of the sig file, I just haven't turned it on here.

You have to like to niche your in, otherwise thats all chore work and you'll likely give up before you see any results

ie: posting comments on blogs shoould be fun, you should be giving your expertise opinion on something, not a layed out chore number. See what i mean?

Do Everything and anything so long as what you are doing is related to your topic/industry. Make sure you don't lose focus on your keywords, because you may make your own competition that you don't want.

Think about making your own competition as a strategy to making yourself too strong to compete with. Use social media, every one of them - the two most obvious ones are Myspace and Facebook.
