Does your email slow down on weekends?

My email inbox is pretty active - I usually get 200+ emails a day (not including spam).

But the weekends are another story. Hear that sound? It's the sound of crickets chirping. :rolleyes:

    I hear those same crickets, Shay.

    This is why I usually like to get out on the weekends and use my portable device to check mail (if any).

        Oh Shay I need a life too! But I find weekends are slower for obvious reasons. Get yourself a Blackberry or equivalent so you can get out and about and still respond to important emails!

            Okay, so this thread stays on a business/making money note....

            Does the slowdown of emails on the weekends make you hesitate to send out business emails on weekends?

    One of my more frequent excuses for doing things is "Bored, lonely,
    absolutely nothing better to do, thought I'd try work (or whatever)."
    Email slowing down sounds pretty good too. You should be able to
    get away with doing anything you want on weekends.
