How to remove suppression list addresses from your list?

I'm new to CPA and I don't know how to check my own list for the suppression addresses given to me by the network. Does anyone know of a free tool that can handle these huge suppression lists to clean your subscribers lists?

      How many addresses are we talking about, its pretty easy to set something up in excel but excel tops out at like 65,000 addresses
