Flash video publishing solutions?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm going to be publishing some video to my website soon. I need suggestions when it comes to an easy to use flash player. I want to be able to customize it, shut off controls, auto play, etc.

Point me in the right direction.

Hi Matt

I use Wordpress, S3 and the Video Vipers quicktags to stream the MP4 file.

Here is an example.

Wordpress | The Internet Marketers Club

I then use the emember and estore to lock it all down in a membership site.

Integrated eCommerce Affiliate and Membership for Wordpress | The Internet Marketers Club

Has been working flawlessly now for 3+ years.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I'm not using wordpress for this particular project. It's for a standard sales page.

Our player offers more control options than most: Transparent Video Player - h.264 Flash Video Player - Alpha Channel Video Player

You have full control over buffer time, auto loading, auto playing, and whether controls are visible all the time, on hover, or not at all. You can trigger additional videos or other content (such as an order button or form) to display using the built in dhtml layer at the end of play.

  Try Vuuzla it's free and i've used it on my site.
  
  It's made by another warrior here who is part of the German mastermind group and its pretty good and feature packed. Although honestly i only use the basic features as that is all i need.

Josh's player is good. I have it and use it.

It takes a bit of work to get to know it because you have to get
into the command code - but that's because it gives you the
power to really go under the hood and mess around with how
it behaves. Some players are set up by a GUI and the program
spits out the player - the Moyea player I've used is like that. The
problem is you can only modify the parameters the GUI lets
you change... unless you know how to go and modify the
command code afterwards.

  Since you are just building your video website now and are opting NOT to use Youtube, one of your most pressing concerns should be access from devices. As you know Apples products do not deliver Flash based videos unless they come from Youtube.
  
  Now you may think that this is not a biggy right now, but many users DO watch video from devices. Anywho, I think it is worth your time to investigate hosting videos that are HTML5 compliant, so that they do play on ALL devices. Then you won't have to worry about people emailing you asking for access on their iPad or whatever. Here is a link you may want to explore:

  Honestly this is one of the reasons that I think your FIRST option should be using Youtube, checking OFF the related videos, and checking ON the UNLISTED feature. Makes life much easier and provides immediate access to all computers and devices.... and oh yeah.... FREE.
