Where to find $xx,xxx Product creators?

Hello,

We've searching for a $xx,xxx product creator team, with no luck. We have found designers and sales copywriters, but we are looking for a product creation team that we can outsource our work to.

Can anyone direct us to any that have good reputation in big product creations?
