Google has updated their SEO Optimization guide. This is SEO right from "the horses mouth" so to speak.

Always good to keep up on the little requirements etc that google puts out.

Nice link, great for on-page SEO. Anyone starting out should read that.

As usual Google doesn't give much info on whitehat methods for promoting a website, leaving most to guess, and many to turn to greyhat tactics.
