At a total loss now

Sorry for all these noobie threads I'm posting here.

I'm looking through my cPanel and I'm totally confused. I just don't know where to start, I need atleast a page up to promote my product. Should I install Wordpress? How does all this work?

I want my website up and running asap to promote products. Once it's up, I can submit articles then.

Anyone got Skype, MSN or Yahoo?

You should certainly think about setting up a WordPress blog. Not very difficult but I would suggest setting it up and offering a quality free gift/report/ebook to get people to sign up to your list - but that's only the beginning.
