An excellent and highly profitable reseller agreement for a legitimate quality business

Hi everyone, I am doing some research into what people would consider to be an attractive reseller agreement for fitness mentor, our web business.

I have no experience as a reseller, we're simply not in that market, but it would be good to know the sorts of things resellers do look for? so I can get my agreement and any systems right from the start.

Additionally, if our bronze/self-service prices are fixed, (they are $10 per week or $10 per month recurring), @ what price point would be attractive to resellers for Bronze and Self-service options.

It's obvious any agreement needs to be fair and profitable for all parties.

The style of the website, (backed by a the team of elite, Olympic and Commonwealth games coaches) is all quality. Our focus is on really helping our customers, not some cheap fad so we have a high quality brand we want to maintain with any reseller programme.

I am after legitimate advice and will read all responses here or emailed to fitness mentor but I would appreciate it if you do not use this as an opportunity to advertise your SEO product or services to my company, I know it's tempting.

I have got as far as creating a reseller page, but no specifics yet, that will be my next step based assuming forum members have some insights into what might work well in our situation.

Regards
Ewart.

    Hey,

Resellers look for something they can make money out of...

I don't really quite get what your saying though.

Do you want resellers to sell your bronze/self service options?

Or do you want it promoted like affiliate marketing where they get commissions for products affiliates sell?

Hi Recky, another kiwi, cool! ah sorry I was to noob to see the difference. I have just been approached by one major company, and a smaller website with 500k UV per month who are interested in reselling under their own brand, but now I see what your saying it was an affilate scheme I am primarily thinking about.

Since i posted that q) in september I have gone ahead and about 10 mins b4 your email just created my first clickbank product, using the default 33% commission. not sure if it's attractive enough % wise although professionals are expensive, it's not a cheap e-book.

33% would be between $40 and $171 per sale assuming the person stays in for a year, say $20 or $85 if they do say a 6 month training programme.

was not sure if recurring or one off was the best way to go for affiliates. for customers, have decided to make it recurring.

      cheers
