    The "#1" in your thread title suggests you may be considering doing this as an ongoing series of posts. Please don't. That won't be allowed. This is not an article library, nor is it anyone's personal PR platform. It's a discussion forum.

    If you want to post this on your blog, and link to it in your signature file, that's perfectly acceptable. Even with the keyword stuffing. (Come on... 13 times in that one short piece? Seriously?)

    Also - if you start a thread which just contains something you wrote for another site/blog that isn't a response to someone asking a question - you can expect people to flag it as self promotion.

    Great content is excellent but there's already many years worth of it here
