Clickbank product naming?

Hi There,

I am preparing to lunch my first product on click bank, I made this product based on existing training product in clickbank, I am just delivering it on another formate, and planning to name it "xxxx mindmap" where the "xxxx" is the source product.

The source product is not trademark registered and I tried to get permission from the vendor by emailing him many times but no respond received.

Shall I proceed with submitting the product on clcikbank? what should I do to be in the safe side?

    I have studied law and worked in a legal environment for most of my life. From the scant information that you have provided, I would suggest that you could be skating on thin ice. The original vendor may have not received your communications, or may have chosen to ignore them. The latter possibly to take action against you when you launch your campaign.

    The above is of course, speculation and not legal advice, but if you have doubts, and you must have if you have posted here, then take a different approach.
