Conversions through direct chat assistants?

Hey Warriors!

I am marketing my own easy money making products (they convert better than most products out there because it is pretty twisted and the free demo product seems to work fantastically -> high conversion from tester to buyer).

I was thinking about opening an office in Asia with around 50-100 workers in the beginning. Their main work should be to build relationships with real people on Facebok, Adult Communities and all the Web2.0 and chat communities. When they chat about what they are doing for a living my workers will tell them that they are making easy money online with one of my money making systems.

I could get cheap workers with perfect english skills for 150$ - 200$ monthly. Thats nothing because one sale converts in that price range. But the start up costs for the whole infrastructure are pretty high. I hired an outsourcing company once but they just stole my idea and did the promotion on their own. It was about promoting an adult offer trough chat. Thats why I would like to open my own office in asia (i am half asian and have some contacts there).

I would like to get some ideas from you.. what do you think about it? Do you have any experience with outsourcing chatting work to chatters and what about the conversion rates?
