Hey Warriors,

I am currently in the process of outsourcing my link building. This isn't social bookmarking, directories or blog commenting but actual link building from other content sites.

Does anyone else do this? If so, what do you ask for? Where do you go? Who do you use?

I am having real trouble finding people to do this for me. Most of the folks at rentacoder or elance keep offering me directory links and forums posts. It seems like ahard job to find someone who will actually do the grunt work of link building for me.
