Is there any way for me to get alerted to NEW THREADS CREATED for any forum?

Eg. Let's say I want to get alerted to new threads created in buy and sell forum so that i do not miss any great deal before it's sold out.

Is there any way i can do this? Best will be if the alert is sent to my email directly.

    You could have an RSS Feed forwarded to your e-mail or if you have a keyword that you want to target.. Like say a certain niche or something.. You can use google alerts to get an e-mail every time somebody posts something online with that keyword.
