PLEASE ANYBODY KNOW WHY THEY PUT URL CLOAKING ON THE WALL......ON TWITTER...DOES THAT HAVE ANY MEANING ...........OR IT HAS TO BE LIKE THAT TO AVOID SOMETHING..BUT I TRY GO THROUGH NOT JUST GO TO SALES PAGE BUT ALSO GO TO REGULAR BLOG........I THINK THAT IS NOT SPAMMING.

AND HOW IT IS WORKING FOR MARKETING............THANK YOU

    it automatically changes a lot of urls to tinyurl. The person isn't doing it, twitter is.

    It is twitter default when the number of characters exceed a predefined number. Twiter is limited to 140 characters and if the url takes up 90% of characters, there is almost nothing left for the real message. I think it is a good feature.

        Sure - have you set up a twitter account already? It's basically WEB 2.0 marketing. You set up a profile, and then do a search for people who might be interested in what you have to offer - or people who interest you for some reason. You click on "follow" on their profile and you'll start seeing their "twits." When you've got something to say, post it. You can also connect things like ezinearticles to it, so that every time one of your articles gets published, it shows up to people who follow you. People will find you either when you follow them, or when they find something they were looking for in their profile.
