is it joomla, or like nvu.

More likley Joomla or you could easily do it in Wordpress.

i agree with you. there are many CMS that you can use to make website. you can use one of them to develop your website. keep learn.

I don't think it's wordpress, although yes, you could do it in WP.

I think they made it from scratch -- however, you can also do it on WP.
