How to speed up or automate account creation for ping.fm

I want to create a couple of accounts on ping.fm, each with 30 web2.0 profiles. Is there a way to make this process a little less time consuming?
Last time I did 10 accounts it took me three days of manual labour
There has to be some kind of program that automates or speeds up this process.
