Can someone help me find a particular blog?

I would like to find a blog that I think will be helpful to me, but I just can't remember who created it or what was on it. I know it was created by a well-known marketer (probably a member of this forum), but I can't remember the address of the site.
I remember the blog had several good tips on marketing, on advertising on sites I believe. The tips were given like "8 tips on how to do so and so". It was a current blog, kept up to date.
But what I remember best about the blog was that on the main page, there was an optin on getting a free report on how to get free traffic.
I know I am not being specific, but the optin is what I was most interested in, and other things this man had on his blog. And I know I am missing a lot of info to determine this blog's ownership, but the optin for the free traffic report is the best clue I have. Can someone possibly help me, who knows the address of the blog i am referring to?
