Live Support Placement

I got a question.

I am working on a site and I am trying to avoid all distractions and go for the buy (in the pass I made it not that simple). So the only option they got is to buy or leave.

Is having a BIG 'Live Chat' button above the fold going to help business or distract from the buy.

Cheers

I wouldn't have a chat button. If possible the only links you should have on your page, especially above the fold are to take the visitor straight to your order page.

If you're advertising with Google then you'll need links to privacy policies etc, but in any other case try and make those links the only purpose of your sales page.

      Er......just split test it.

Anyone who voices an opinion about this
      will likely be wrong.

Let your buying public decide which is best.

Is there any room for improvement? Want to find out?

Live Chat boosts sales ...try it!

Also try using a "click to call " system
as well. Adding these to your website
    will most definitely boost sales.
