Discovered my Adwords account has money in it (?), Want to try CPA - now what?

Happy monday - I just found out that one of my adwords accounts has just over $200 bucks in it. woot.
So, i'd like to spend it on some CPA which I've never done, so I'm not really sure how to start, the most effective way to advertise etc.
I belong to a couple of CPA networks but have never utilized them, just not sure the best way to couple CPA with adwords. Thanks in advance for your insight!
