BING + YahooSM.. Anyone using Bing PPC now?

I've got about $200 in ad credits at Bing, but almost every campaign I set up receives zero traffic. I figure my bids may be too low. I'm just wondering if there's anybody successfully running campaigns with Bing after the YahooSM merge..

I was big into Adwords last year before I was banned for promoting free trials like almost everyone else at the time and I'm attempting to get back into PPC with Bing. I've set bids anywhere from 30-80 cents/click but still can't seem to get any traffic. I almost feel like it's pointless because the EPC's on my offers are rarely above 50 cents.

Anyhow.. suggestions would be nice.

    I've only had success using PPC with google. Every other place I've tried, Yahoo, Bing, etc has been less than stellar. Start an LLC, get a business checking account with visa debit card and you should be able to get another Adwords account easily.
