Bought Domain Owned By Robert Soloway, Spammer...

Bought a new domain the other day, now I realize the domain was previously owned by
Robert Soloway, the spammer I believe was convicted. (?)

Would this be detrimental? How can I investigate, and WHAT do I need to investigate?

Would you develop a domain like this?

    Maybe he didn't use the domain for illegal purposes.

    The best thing to do is to check if the domain is blacklisted.
    A quick search on google for "check domain blacklisted" turned up a lot of nice free tools you can use to find this out.
