Is Adwords Not Working Today

I noticed that I had zero sales this morning so I logged into adwords and I have zero impressions. I checked to see if my ads were not approved but everything appears to be fine. They were up and running last night when I went to sleep. Now 8 hours later they have completely stopped.

Has anyone else had this problem?

What can I do? Whenever I email Adwords it seems like they take 2 or 3 days to respond. Is there a faster way?

I like you title - and I have to say "SAY WHAT???"
I don't think Google allows itself to not have 99.9999% of uptime.

What I do know that they often "play" with ads in a way that you don't get any impressions. this might happen if they think you are too profitable
(but this is me being mean...)
They do look for keywords in the ad to appear on the target URL, they look at the address of the target page etc.
Have a look again and double check your campaign

Ah, yes, please update Thank you

I have 11 campaigns and a couple of hundred key words too. Still have zero impressions. Yesterday I had several thousand impressions and 100 clicks or so by this time of day.

check your quality score of your ad groups for today... could have been slapped and put to 1/10.

Nope. My quality scores are still 7/10 for most of my keywords.

Make sure to check your Quality Score. Sometimes google will give you a nice solid slap without actually pausing your ads.

The most likely cause is that your ads are under manual review.

Worst case scenario... your account may have been suspended without warning. I don't mean to be negative though, let's not get ahead of ourselves.

What sort of site were you promoting?

The manual review seems possible, but I wonder why they would put all of my campaigns under review.

I promote clickbank products, I don't see any reason why google wouldn't even like them. I don't even do IM products.

Hmmmm... yes it would be strange that all of your campaigns are under a review? How many campaigns are there and are they all new?

As for Clickbank products... they're actually not a good mix with Adwords in my opinion and experience. Yes, many people are successfully selling them but you just need to browse the adwords support forum to see Google's clear disliking to ebooks and direct response sales pages. Of course not all Clickbank products are ebooks nor do they all have direct response sales letters... but the vast majority do and and I'd make a guess that the one's you're promoting are ebooks with typical sales letters.

Were these your own products or as an affiliate? I'd say if you're an affiliate then this could well be a problem... are you direct linking or do you have your own landing page?
