Any Success with Paid to Click sites?

Paid to Click sites is where you pay members to click on a link to your site. Then they need to view it for a minimum amount of time before they earn on the click.

Has anyone ever tried advertising their Optin Sales Page on these Paid to Click sites?

    I was once a member of such sites but I never made any tangible thing from it. I don't think such venture is worth my while.

      From my experience, these are far out dated.

      If you want to do PPC campaigns, jump on the bandwagon and get a Google AdSense account.
