how much syndication is too much

Hi,
I am trying to follow the program of one of these recent big launches and and one of the key techniques that is used to generate traffic is to syndicate the (autoblog) content.

However, I am having a really hard time figuring out what is an appropriate amount of volume.

On the one hand,I've heard that it is best to keep it to one post per day (say, to Wordpress.com or blogger)and no more, or else it might look spammy. Although, looking at some of the threads on ABS, this even seems like it's too much for blogger.

However, these autoblogs work by posting, well, a lot. If you have subdomains that number in the 20s or 30s or even 100, and they're all posting to the same syndicated accounts, you could be posting 20 or 30 or 100 times a day to these syndication places, which seems like it would cause you to get shut off.

So, the same people are a saying 1 day, but encouraging you to do 10s a day, and then sometimes saying you could do it all on the same accounts, and then sometimes suggesting you might want to split up accounts.

What is everybody's experience? And, how does it differ by syndication site.

Lastly, what does it mean, if say, blogger bans you? Does that mean your account is closed? frozen? I ask because I would hate to entirely lose the ability to use a subdomain with good keywords and that I've put some thought and planning into.

And, in particular, I would be using the WP Syndicator plugin.
There is a very good thread for it here http://www.warriorforum.com/internet...one-using.html in which people are describing the challenges they are having with syndication.
Since my intent is to set up an autoblog and really leave it alone after that, i am trying to understand just what are the right settings and limits so it involved zero manual intervention after that.
