How To Properly Place Myself Behind Someone Else's Success..

I'm working on some things in some different niches..

Now I've launched my first 2 products by myself with no help from anyone.. And they were big time fails..

I know what I have to do, and I know what other people are doing(i think?)..

I need to work with someone who has already been successful in the niche I'm in and have them give me that boost I need to get started.. is that right?

I need someone who has a big list in my niche and have them email that list FOR ME..

So how do I do it? What can I offer the person with the list that would make them help me? HOW do I even find a person with a list in my niche? (My niche is Health & Weight Loss btw, no, not another weight loss product)

I guess what I'm trying to ask is.. how exactly do I put myself behind someone else's success.. Because starting from scratch is just to much and time consuming with you got bills and a kid on the way..

Sounds like you need JV partners.

These can be difficult to pick up if you only email them with a "Please promote my new product launch..."

These successful people are busy, and get offers all the time.

You have to immediately differentiate yourself from everyone by adding value to those people's lives.

The most immediate and easiest way to do this is to promote their products first. Get as many sales as you can, as fast as you can, then email them and let them know they have an awesome product and it brought you XX,XXX dollars or whatever.

    They will reply, most likely.

You then start a conversation with them, offer to help them with something, anything that will add value.

After you establish some sort of relationship, ask them about helping you promote your new product.

Work on getting a syndicate of "competitors" that all shares traffic and customers. You can then rotate product launches, like the gurus do it in the IM niche.

This takes work, effort and coordination. Sometimes money. (more often than not)

Another way to do this (but may not be AS effective as above) is to do a "soft launch". Get a small list of people and launch the product to them - get your conversion numbers and send emails out to your competitors, letting them know the numbers.

This shows you have at least done your homework and proven the product converts.

    Make sense?

Lets say i give you list of 100,000 subscribers to use. What you are going to do with this list?

Why your 2 products failed? How well your research was done? Did you know exactly what your market wanted, or you assumed, that its great idea and 100% they are interested.

If you really think, that becoming successful marketer is 1,2,3 and done...then its not so simple. Same is product creation. Its not 1,2,3.

    Product creation steps:

    1. Research
    2. Create your product
    3. List building (if you don't have it)
    4. Copywriting (sales page and emails)
    5. Getting people excited. Prelaunch. WSO
    6. Getting more traffic
    8. JV's
    9. Product launch

Steps 5-8 are all prelaunch. Getting people excited. Build you list. Turn things red hot, and then give them what they want. Not what you think they want.

Edit: And don't forget to provide value. Leave this money thing alone...provide lots of value, and money will follow you.

Eh I couldn't get any traffic to my first 2 products... That's why I considered them fail...

I know it's not 1,2,3.. But I also know that teaming up with someone could make things a whole lot easier..

Let's not pretend that every top marketer isn't working with other top marketers around the clock..

What did you do to get traffic?

You can't just build it and they will come.

Large scale product launches require LOTS of effort - sometimes a full year.

The best way to start is to do a small launch.

Go hit ALL of your niche forums and CONTRIBUTE. For a month or two. If you can, put your site in your sig file. It leads to a squeeze page and the squeeze page leads to a soft sell for a class.

For then it leads to a CLASS where the information will be taught. All you need to get is like 20 people on board.

If you can make those 20 people a success, then guess what? You have ENORMOUS leverage.

These people will be your most active and vocal "promoters". They also act as social proof.

You then get these people to start spreading the word. You contact people to become partners. You include the proof from the class of 20.

You then start emailing possible affiliates. 100's of them if you can. I recommend you get a temporary VA (Virtual Assistant) to start finding and emailing.

Tell the affiliates of success of class.

What you do is leverage each tiny success. The tiny success of the class leads to landing of affiliates and JV's.
