Facebook Fan Page Advertising - Thousands Of Fans

Hello , I just launched a Facebook Fan page. Do any of you have some great suggestions , tips on how to grow the fan base in the shortest time possible?

I am looking to grow my fan base using free techniques until I am the position to use Face Book ads.

What success are you having with your very own Fan Pages?

I appreciate any tips, tricks and techniques you can provide.

    Suggest it to all of your friends, write a press release about it (like sndas said, including a Facebook-only offer would help too), if you have a blog write about it there, share about it on appropriate forums & chat rooms (don't spam them, contribute to them and mention your facebook-only offer when appropriate).     put the like button on your blog, use the tag feature on pictures and posts to tag large related groups and other facebook fan pages

    I agree. One of the first things you can do is to suggest these to your friends since they are your immediate contact. Once you’ve promoted it to your friends and have enough number of fans or followers, you can start looking for people who are also into business within the network and promote it to them. Make sure to introduce yourself properly on the info so they will add you up. By having enough number of fans, you’ll leave a positive impression as a promising site and business owner.
