Free PLR - What are my rights?

Hi warriors,

If someone gives away something under Free PLR, can I then take that plr and restribute again as free plr?

    Your rights are whatever the license says they are. If there was no license at all included, then you have NO rights to republish the PLR content.

    To expand on what was said above, you should have gotten some kind of license document with the PLR. Often times the license info will tell you exactly what you are and are not allowed to do with it.

    PLR is not a legal term. You have no rights.

    The only rights you might have are those provided in a license or contract IF that license or contract is between you and the actual copyright owner.

    Be aware that some people sell PLR that may include content, images, code etc. that they do not own the copyright to or that they did not obtain proper license to.

    You must always do your own due diligence and get all the documentation from all the original copyright owners of all components of a work and get license or permission from those copyright owners to protect your self.

    Any time you use PLR you are taking a risk.
