    Difficult to choose since it depends on the site SEO value, like Pr, inlinks etc etc on the page you want to submit too.
    I would probably not go with article submitter software since doing so I don´t really have the overall look on which site it submits too.
    Blog comment are good, but takes time and may sometimes be seen as spam, but may drive good value traffic.
    For me I think I would go with news article writing, since it is possible to write article with good keywords without looking like a spam articles. but the fastest are of course shared link submission.
