ghostwriter contract? anyone know where to get one sample?

hi,

i was wondering if anyone of you guys who hire ghostwriters have used a contract agreement saying the work is owned by you (the one who hired ghostwriter)? know where to find a sample one that can be related to IMers?

    Hi BJ,

    Contracts can sometimes make things worse if you don't write them correctly. Sometimes the best contracts are the most simple...Whenever I outsource I include the line:

    I get any and all ownership rights to the article/softare/site design/graphics, etc.

    Not saying this is what you should do, only that it's what I do. I believe this explains the terms clearly enough if a disagreement ever did occur.

    Whatever you decide, just make sure to let the other person know of your terms before you agree to a deal and/or make payment.
