Wordpress Mage? Is it around anymore? Or Similar Program?

I've been trying to take my link building to a whole new level. I'm interested in learning and executing the wpmage or Wordpress Mage strategy.

1) Buy aged domains with PR and backlinks
2) Map and keep the site structure
3) Get Google to get the site approved with a new owner
4) Set up an autoblogging platform to develop more content on the site

Seems simple enough, but I'm looking for a course and system to help me do it right the 1st time. Any insights?

    Epic Traffic System is about that. Although I don't think they put much emphasis on "aged domains."
