Keyword in URL Question??

Is there any difference in buying domain names when they keyword is for example Microsoft and the URL xxx.Microsoft.com is taken, can you use xxx.TheMicrosofts.com (note "s" at the end and "the" in the font)and still get credit fro having the keyword in the title? Will this affect your ranking? There are a number of keywords that i would like to rank for that have the keyword URL available if I just add an "S" at the end or "The" in the front.

If you need to add words in your url, try to add words after your main keyword.

I.E Keyword: get rid of acne
    url: 3w.getridofacnefast.com

    You can also use dashes
    I.E 3w.get-rid-of-acne.com

    hope this help!

To be clear..So it does matter if I place a word in front of the Keyword? And it doesn't matter if I add the word after?

        Couple of things...

        1. Include your keyword as early in the domain as possible. If you need to make it plural or put some other word on the end, do so...just not at the beginning if at all possible.

        2. Avoid registering trademark, brand, or company names in your URL as this could get you into legal trouble.

        Best of luck,

Just add info or review on the end, not at the start.
