I'm curious, anyone use virtualemployee.com? Any feedback? Good, bad? Are they solid?

        Also never heard of it. A few places where I look for employees would be in odesk, elance, onlinejobs.ph, etc. These sites are legitimate but still you have to be careful when you hire service providers. You need to be sure that people you are hiring are reliable and trustworthy.

    Hiring full time for over $1 -2 k from india !!! I could outsource in U.S. for that price. There prices are high, this beside no employee tax is a disadvantage not an advantage.

    Take care, some agencies cost something like twice that of directly hiring a freelancer.

    The agencies worker vetting and supervision may be worthwhile, an agency will have a standing ready to go should the primary employee have a sick day.
