Looking for employee screenshot productivity program.

Hi Warriors,

I'm looking for an online service that tracks how productive my outsourced employees are.

The online program I'm looking for should track their screenshots every 10 minutes and calculate # of keystrokes... sort of like Odesk.com

I stumbled upon an online service described above created by one of the WF members but I have forgotten their website.

If you know, please help.

Thanks...

Hey there! I was looking for a time tracking app to monitor my task performance weeks ago, and found TimeDoctor. It's good to use and creepy at the same time. I'm not sure if that's what you are looking for but I think it's also a good employee monitoring app.

Just trying to help out but have you ever thought of just imposing a quota? Time-based outsourcing often leads to clients LOSING OUT because some VPAs actually have TWO or even THREE clients at the same time. Instead of paying by the hour, why not just agree on deliverables and pay based on delivery time (penalties for late deliveries) and quality (penalties for materials that fall out of the guidelines)?

TimeDoctor works fine and I have used it before. However, I also like imgeek2727's suggestion. You can use penalties, too. This can serve as a good training to your employees, especially because their salary is at risk. They will learn how to be more disciplined when it comes to time management.

Rescue Time is a good app for this because its a desktop application.

Just ask your outsourcers to install this on their computer and it will begin tracking.
