Where are all the good coders??

It seems that every time I find a wordpress / php coder, I give them an assignment. Wait for the completion. Then pay upon satisfied work.

However, on the second and third assignments, they never get back to me and never seem to want to complete the assignment.

Can anyone give me an email or skype of a good coder they would recommend using.

I prefer using someone in either India or the Philliphines.

    I can't comment on behalf of any other programmers but I am kept busy with with existing clients and I do a bit of Warrior work.

    I don't try and compete with the "$34 Build Your Blog Offers" here as this is not the market I work in and it doesn't interest me at all - my clients pay for quality work at a fair price, delivered on time.

    However, on the second and third assignments, they never get back to me and never seem to want to complete the assignment.
    Not sure why this would be - I am kept busy answering PM's from a lot of people who never get back to me either about work
