How to file a lawsuit in another country?
Hi all, maybe someone can help.
we have hired a fellow warrior to do our software development. Well we paid full amount and got the software which has ZERO security. So at this point we cannot use the software and he is not willing to refund the money.
He is in Canada and my business is in US. I am currently in Europe.
Does anyone know how to file a claim to get the money back as we cannot do it thorough PP right now.
Do I have to physically be there? I have all the proof that we have done everything properly in terms of contract and in terms of explanation.
