      Mass pay is an option that PayPal offers, why would they shut you down for using it. I've used it many times just to make a single payment with absolutely no problems.

      The great thing is mass pay only cost's 1 dollar in fees.

        I was actually referring to using the personal payment, sorry, should have quoted that.

    As someone mentioned above, paying via Personal Payment does not incur any fees at all. I've received many payments in the $XXX range without having to pay the standard Paypal transaction fees by requesting to be paid via this method.

    I prefer to use Personal payments for just that, personal. Business transactions I always use a feature that cost's me money.

    Using mass pay is to your advantage as its use for making vendor payment.

    Its harder to dispute a charge back for a business transaction when you used personal payment preferences.

    A very good trick - many thanks. I don't really like Paypal as it is, so I won't feel too bad about not paying them fees when I send some payments to various people.
