web designer fraud - what to do?

Hi all, so I've had this designer working on a wordpress theme for me for 30 days now. Yeah, that's right 30 days.

I'm thinking a wordpress theme should be designed and coded in about 2 weeks, so this is really urking me now.

I'm not sure how much more time I shoould give this guy. Every week he says something to the effect of "almost done."

I even did a dispute at paypal and that forced him to upload some files finally, but since I closed that dispute (he said he'd get on it), not much has happened.

I don't want to lose the money I paid, so that's why I'm still waiting. I'm done with this guy though... a month? I send angry emails often to no avail.

Not sure what to do.

      Best advice. Take your money and run. See if there is someone on the WF for hire sectiont hat can code something for you. At least that way you can see some feedback.

        He can't file another dispute. Once you close a dispute, you can never reopen it.

        There's not much you can do with the dispute closed.

    I've read messages where Paypal reopened the dispute if you email them.
    Can I Reopen a Paypal Dispute?

    I'm sure it's a case by case thing. Worth a try.
