Bogus pages site

What if I have bunch of sites with lots and lots of pages (millions), but I never do any marketing for them? I will put ads on those pages. Google will eventually pickup that site (ok maybe I will write one article per site on ezine).

Eventually google will pick those sites and will send useless traffic to them. I will make just few dollars per day from each site...but if I have, let's say, about hundred of those sites, I could make few hundred dollars a day.

Is this wishful thinking or am I on the right track?

    Unfortunately, google knows how to identify sites like this, and what they will do is cap your earnings. The cap will most likely be based on how well you have links in, especially links from authority sites.

      cut??? why? There is nothing bad about it. Data might be useful on those sites.
