It is so interesting to see what some of the sites on Flippa sell for.

Here is one on Meatloaf that went for $2400...

It's the income that made it worth that price to the buyer. Sites without income aren't selling for much at all.

Yes I know It is interesting that a site about Meatloaf would make that income. Just a reminder to self to remember look at these little niche markets instead of the usual suspects.

    Well,
There is some other ways of revenue except AdSense for your selling process?
I mean that if lets say i have CB offer on the website can i "flippa" it?
And the 2nd question is about all the new YT and FB traffic systems, if i get a good traffic from both of them, the person who buy will need to make the work I'm doing (Not Autopilot traffic), or i can just give him the useless website and take the money?

I'm just wondering cause i never flipped a website so if someone will help me i will appreciate it.

If you have revenue from other sources, it's still good. Doesn't have to be Adsense, although many Flippa buyers really love Adsense.

As for the traffic thing, not good. Buyers prefer organic traffic. I don't know anything about YT and FB traffic systems, but if they require work, that will not be a plus.

I have read, from many sources, that when selling a site on Flippa, you should sell it for 14-18 times the monthly profit of the website. If the site legitimately earns $150 per month, and you multiply this by 16, you get $2,400. Seems like a pretty good investment. Swap the coding around to be your AdSense affiliate code, and do some extra traffic generation to help increase visitors, and you could make your money back in no time. With no work at all, you make the money back in 16 months as long as you maintain its traffic. It's all profit from there (minus Domain/Hosting fees of course)

That was the first thing I thought of too but I love Meatloaf's music and that's what made me check the thread.
