How to find great article writers?

Hi all,

Does anyone know were i can find good writers to write articles for my blog. Im doing a yeast infection blog and would like to know how to get a hold of quality article writers. I dont want any mediocre writers because i may as well do it myself but i havent got the time at the moment. I want to find someone who can create something that will help my website get ranked for keywords on that specific subject. I would be greatful for a little advice.

    here are a couple of was..some you might not of thought of..and yes i have tried and used every method..This is the no "bull**** zone"!

    One of my favorite ways to get free writers is to go to a forum related to your niche..which apears to be yeast infection.

    you then write an offer asking somebody in the forum to write your articles for you..and they always do it for cheap..read on to find out why..

    heres the catch. (this isn't a make money online forum) so the person would feel two ways about the offer.

    1. they will feel happy that you asked them to write the report...almost like they fell that you look at them like an authority on the topic
    2. they will do it for cheap because they dont understand the value of writing the report/article.
    3. they will do a really awesome job.
    4. and from my experience they always write a lot about the topic...one time i asked somebody to write a 10 page report for me about "training horses" i went to a horse training site, asked a guy paid him 10 bucks and he wrote a full 75 page report, with graphs, images, links for reference and the whole 9 yards. it was nothing to him because horse training is his life, his passion, his hobby, so now i had my report, and extra content that i used for articles, blogs, video content, resell rights, and bonuses.
    also you can try odesk or getafrelancer...those are to very good virtual assistant sites.

    you can also train yourself to be more efficient and learn how to write articles much more faster yourself.

    after using the tips found in my wso below in my sig, i started cranking out full ezine articles in under 30 minutes.. you save money and time by doing it this way...

    The reality is, it's not easy finding quality writers, because many of those people are writing for themselves. I was a writer who only wrote for myself until recently.

    There's a culture online of outsourcing article writing to non-English speaking countries. While I will acknowledge that there are some highly educated, "English as a second language" writers in these areas, even the best of them may not understand the subtle language differences between "proper English" and "common, American style English".

    I see more and more people looking for US based writers for this very reason.

    One of the best ways to test a writer is in how they respond to your inquiries.

    Ask them if they have a personal blog that they enjoy writing about and just
    peruse around to see how well they use structure, grammar, etc..

    A personal blog is a different animal altogether as it may cover topics they're
    endeared to or hotly tempered about. You can see the range right then and
    there. If they've the range and know how to construct a compelling narrative
    then that's the writer you want.

    Final step is meeting your buget and deadlines. Don't show up at the 11th hour
    with a project that needs to be done at the 12th hour. That makes a writer
    feel as though your administrative skills are lacking, however a writer has to
    take into account that some clients may have had that brainstorm and need that
    copy done yesterday.
