    Hey,

Depends what suits you in terms of pricing and all other costs involved. I use ipage to host my websites. They'll take 50-100 + websites under 1 account.

        Hey,

That's a tight budget for hosting 50-100 + websites. Hostgator baby plan is probably the option for you then.

    Best wishes

I use BlueHost, they offer unlimited domain hosting for $6.95/month. If you plan to use Wordpress on your sites, they have the auto-install option.

I second hostgator. I have the baby plan too with about 20 sites and never had a single problem. As long as you don't install anything that is too server intensive (let's say running wp-robot on all your sites, pulling a bunch os posts all day long), you'll be fine.

Hostgator probably be the best. I have "unlimited" sites on one hosting account. Of course, unlimited doesn't really mean unlimited if those sites start using a ton of Hostgator's resources, but you can host a lot on one plan with them.

Godaddy is well known as the worst for hosting ... domain registration, fine, but hosting, stay away.

Well, why would anyone choose the worst hosting service when the best offers unlimited hosting? Hostgator far exceeds Godaddy hosting in every way, but especially in customer service.

Not being rude, but that statement makes absolutely no sense. How many can someone host? That is all contingent upon the host and the plan someone is marketing on. Heck, I dump 300 domain names on a shared account. How many can I actually do something with?

It's all about the host and plan you select. Heck, even a dedicated server has its limitations. Have a read at my post here:

I use 2 hosting companies...Hostgator and Imageleet[dot].com. 'Best not to put all your eggs in one basket. Imageleet's suppport is as reliable and fast as Hostgator @ $7.95 per month.

Spread them over at least couple of providers.
To save money pay yearly, you can get decent plans for $50/yr or less.

Personally I'd spend a bit more and get reseller plans so each site has it's own control panel.

Are they static html sites or wordpress blogs? If they are wordpress you may have problems hosting so many sites on a cheap plan.

While you're taking a look at Hostgator and Bluehost (both are excellent) you may also want to take a look at Dreamhost.

I've been using them since I started and their chat, up-time and control panel are pretty darn good. Their chat even helps me with WP related issues I have from time to time. Once they even went a step further to identify a faulty plug-in on my blog and corrected it instantly.

As of today I'm hosting more than 10 domains with decent traffic without a problem.

That depends on the type of sites you intending on hosting there. The plan does allow unlimited domains so thats not an issue. Its a matter of how much storage each site will take up. Naturally a video hosting site will take up a lot of space.

I too use HG to host many of my sites and blogs. No problems so far. I'm not surprised they host millions of websites!

Vote for Hostgator too, you can get unlimited website with their baby plan, and what i like is their dedicated support are awesome compare to others, you can also search for some hostgator promo codes on the search engine to get your first month almost free, but only apply if you're new to hostgator
