Need Wisdom from Experienced Marketers on Promotions

Hello,

I have been researching quite a lot (and even bought a WSO on successful Facebook marketing).

Now, my plan is to create a squeeze page for Facebook pages to get people to "like" and/or "share" the page in order to receive eligibility for a promotional item.

My question is, where do you find these items? Ebooks, guides, free videos all would do the trick but I simply don't know where to track them down.

    Spend a few hours researching and put together a free report or go to one of the specialist sites like elance.com, freelancer.com, guru.com and get somebody to write one for you.

    You just have to have the right ideas and you will find people who can do all the work for you on these sites.

    So the answer is you can not obtain ebooks that have redistribution rights?

    It's not that I am not willing to do this, quite the contrary, I was just wondering if there was any way to find promotional products, ebooks, videos, etc.

    While I have been in digital asset optimization for quite some time I am still rather new to affiliate marketing so thank you all for your patience and guiding hands.

    Go to Clickbank and sign up as an affiliate. Try promoting other people’s products before creating your own.

    You can also find many PLR ebooks online everywhere, but it will be better for you to start learning how internet marketing works by promoting products that are already selling.

    I would recommend the PLR route or the Clickbank idea if you wanted to try the system out - but honestly that would depend on your niche and whether or not it would be a fit with the Facebook idea. I don't know a lot about Facebook except I can keep an eye on what my adult kids are doing, lol, but at least if you do use other people's products then you won't be outlaying a lot of cash with little return.

    I'm so glad I posted here.

    Actually, I have been researching different methods of Facebook promotions (and no one ever discusses this stuff openly from what I've seen) so you have the FB custom tab, a separately hosted "squeeze page," or a third party hosting your promo page.

    I'm going for the custom tab first and will create a self-hosted squeeze page if I need to promote it with advertising.

    My research shows me there are several options:
    1) Custom FBML Tab
    2) Create a Script/Application (and then a custom tab)
    3) Use Wildfire's App ($$, limitations, etc)
    4) Share2Enter's new Promotion Page Builder. Which I might try too..

    I will definitely stop back and report my results Lisa. Hopefully it will cut down on others research time!
