Market Health Revenue?

by flnz400 33 replies
Does anyone know of any stats on Market Health? Such as rough number of affiliates, monthly revenue, overhead, etc...?

I've googled quite a bit, but haven't found anything substantial.

Thanks in advance!

Market Health? ... lol ... what market? No wonder your having trouble

Basically your chasing very valuable information by the looks, the
type of info NOONE gives out free ... that could be a big factor in
the lack of search results ... you just may have to pay for this stuff.

Provide more information and maybe help will arrive ... very little to
go on with that keyword phrase ... I may have a shortcut for you to
... way to broad to work just yet, just tried.

Market Health is an affiliate program ... not a keyword

I've made some good money with Market Health, although I've moved away from this type of product. Too many FREE SAMPLE Forced Continuity offers for my taste. I don't want to be involved with that model, but when I promoted these sites, I made money.

I've heard some bad things about them, main thing is an issue with their tracking software. I don't know if that has changed already. One problem is if you access their sites w/o an affiliate link, a default one will be used (I don't know who owns that ID), and it will stay in the user's computer and won't be overwritten even if you send a user with your own affiliate link. That's the main complain with them.

Well they've always worked great for me. One of their products is converting at 1 in 12 at the moment - happy days.

I've used Market Health for the last 6 months, and I really like their program. They pay on time, and as far as products, the ones I have promoted convert very well.

I have never had a problem with them!

Market Health used to be Joe Bucks prior to this year. They are a large affiliate network for health and beauty related products. They have some high converting products and are very selective with what new products they let join their marketplace.

As far as stats, etc - if it's not published on it's website, I don't know where you'll find it. I know that they do a lot of trade shows and usually have a rep who answers questions there. Maybe you should just ask them directly.

What a coincidence. 2 people with exactly the same experience. I see a wso coming up, how to drive up a post count without typing, just copy and paste. It's odd that I've seen this same thing a few times, maybe the same poster keeps coming back after being banned?

Market health's ads are served from their servers and they are really simple to add to an html page. You just paste the code they give you, which includes the affiliate link. No banners or images to upload.

Visually they are really good to extremely good. Suddenly having sites with a lot of text is an advantage. The ads stand out.

the reason I ask is because the product i'm promoting right now on PPC via MarketHealth is advertised as having a 1:20 conversion rate, however ive had 100 clicks and noit 1 conversion. I promoted a product that claim 1:20 conversion as well and had 70 clicks with no conversion... any ideas?

There are a number of variables that contribute to a successful PPC campaign. Perhaps, the most important are the keywords you are targeting. Your keywords need to be extremely targeted and relevant to the offer you are sending visitors.

You want to use specific keywords rather than general keywords. "How to lose weight" would probably be too broad for you as that person doesn't really know how they want to lose weight (ie. exercise program vs. diet vs. supplement).

Someone who types in "best weight loss pill" wants a pill to help them lose weight are are much closer to the end of the buying cycle.

Also, are you direct linking using your affiliate link? That is going to make it even more difficult because Google will only show one ad per domain, so if there is more than one advertiser direct linking only the highest bidder will be shown. That's a good way to lose a lot of money fast especially if you're not converting.

Again, there are a ton of variables to consider to it's hard to say exactly what is going wrong without knowing everything you're doing.

Hopefully, this gives you a place to start!

Market Health is one of my favorite networks. I don't get a lot of sales from them, but then I don't spend a lot of time promoting my site, either. Like any network or affiliate program/product - the money is in the list and in the traffic - and in the amount of work you do to promote the site and products.

What I really like about Market Health is that they have so much available for their affiliates. One of my sites (dearflabby.com) is using one of their branded websites that they make available to affiliates. You can choose from several options, then simply download the completely branded site, upload it to your server and voila - you have an instant website loaded with good products and information. Even comes with a branded optin form for a newsletter. They also have some excellent articles that you can use "as is" or rewrite for your website, plus a whole lot of other goodies for their affiliates.

Dekko, all the reasons you have listed are the reasons why they are the #1 network to work with. You basically get a business in a box that will convert!

Only one tiny problem though. In the past you could actually SEO the branded website and get it ranked in the search engines. But now they don't allow that anymore and have taken measures to protect the official sites.

However, the branded website is PERFECT for horizontal site integration.
Now you can write your own highly quality sales pitch for a product (something that I do for all their products) and then send them straight to the order page. They'll see your site's domain AND see your sites name on the template itself. It really boosts conversions to an unbeatable degree.

I am using market health on one of my newest sites. It's in a fitness niche, so I'm able to promote quite a few items they have on there.

So far, I'm getting great results from them. Their products are good quality and they give huge conversions. I like having a couple $50 cpa's a day.

Are you using Flogs, and positioning the offers as a free trail? Are you hyping the sale up, to get the consumers ready to spend? How is your presales?

The conversion results are directly affected by what type of traffic you send, as well as how your preselling them.

I manually typed in your sig link and got to the webpage. I never saw a pre sell page for **** berry or any information at all on it. Perhaps this wasn't the site in question.

Were your 100 clicks over a day, week, month, several months? This may have something to do with it also. Also the conversion rates are averaged, you might have 0:100 then 5:105.

It may be you are a victim of the fallout from that - buyers are staying away so they don't get stung. Now, I haven't seen the program you are promoting, so if the TOS is squarely stated, perhaps stressing that would help the conversion rate.

as for the website in my sig that is something different and is a work in progress as you discovered lol. But the 100 clicks have been over like 2 weeks. not very many each day. It started out very slow and then started picking up speed.

I will post the sales page and my ads. To not conflict with TOS I will post the sales page too without my affiliate id or anything.

The Sales Page:(Unfortunately I cant post my sales page for the free trial of the **** without my affiliate link because it shows some long code but Ill post the regular one. Everything on the two pages is basically the same except one says free trial and the other doesnt:
    www.acaiberryselect.com

    Ads:

Lose Weight Now For Free - Garaunteed
Lose Weight With A Free Trial of the #1 **** Weight Loss Supplement.
**** Berry Select - Weight Loss

Lose Weight and Flush Pounds Free
Use this Free Trial of **** Berry Weight Loss Formula For Fast Results
**** Berry Select - Weight Loss

Lose Pounds and Shed Inches For Free
Lose Weight Quick With A Free Trial Of **** Berry Weight Loss Formula.
**** Berry Select - Weight Loss

The last ad has the most clicks.

I know this thread has been up for a while, but heres my formula for figuring where I'm wrong in PPC... Lots of impressions but no clicks = Your Ads suck, Lots of Clicks but no conversions = Your Landing Page sucks, Lots of conversions but no sales = The product sucks...

There is something in the TOS that bears looking into:
...You will be charged $119.93 in 14 days for our Free Refill Program* unless cancelled...
    -and-
...Our standard ground shipping takes from 10 to 14 business days ...
    -and-
...This non refundable offer will allow you to order the product on a monthly basis free of charge month after month...

Now I didn't read through the TOS in depth, so I can't comment on all of the conditions, but were I a potential customer, I would see that and promptly exit because, to me it is an objectionable practice. Maybe this free refill program is optional... but if I want **** berry, many other places have it, and I would hunt for one with fast ship that bills only for the item quantity ordered.

The quick glance at the TOS would be cause to lose me as a customer.
