    I hesitate. The last person who offered a free work sample in exchange for critique probably put less work into her article than I did on the critique - and I never even received an email acknowledging receipt of my work in exchange for hers.

    At first glance, though, I will say I found the article difficult to read. Your intro talks about strength training but you do not relate your meal plans to strength training at all. I felt like I transitioned from an article about strength training diets to an article about a simple healthy diet.

    You also need to review this article and correct some typos.

    Well Admiral,

    You lost me with this line right here:

    "Choosing something with carbohydrates is perfect because it is a nice little punch of protein in the morning."

    It immediately told me you did not research, did not care, and do not understand the value of proper information in your PLR.

    Carbohydrates and Protein are not related. They are two portions of a healthy bodybuilding diet, but not the same thing.

    Before you write, research your topic. It is critical whether it is for your own purposes, PLR, or writing for clients.

    OY!!! I just went and read the next meal. Ensure or Boost? You're kidding me, right?
