How to monetize from a Google News site
For some reason my previous thread was deleted.. so here goes again with some more additional info:
I got my site approved last week for Gnews.. I've received thousands of visits but so far, near $0 in profits.
- About a $1 a day from Adsense located at the bottom of each article
- About 15% CTR on some affiliate programs (trying to target the news topic of each article) but so far 0 sales
- What am I doing wrong and how can I get better?
- Is Gnews a good source for $ or its just hype or I am too late to ride it?
- What would you recommend to make some decent $ out of it?
I am posting daily following some personal guidelines, and therefore I am generating good traffic.
All ideas are welcomed.
