First page for 'Improve eyesight.' Whats a good price?

by Jayo 6 replies
Hey everyone. I've been reading this site for a few weeks, i finally decided to go ahead and sign up.

I have a question. I don't even know how much to sell this for..
improveeyesightnow.org

I was working on it on and off for almost a year now trying to get it #1 for "improve eyesight" i've made it to #5 so far, and it gets some traffic, not much at the #5 position though. I've made 2 or 3 clickbank sales though.

I want to sell it maybe on flippa - but what would be a good price?

You are probably better off asking this question in the one of the other threads.

I read somewhere on this forum i think that you could sell a site for 5x it's worth. Even though i've made a few sales i was thinking of selling it around $100-150. Idk. Only because the sales were so sparatic. Adsense may be better.

In that niche, make sure it is a BIG price.

Seriously, the site is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. Many people would advise that would be based on some multiple of annual revenue, but there is also value in good having rankings if you know how to use them.

The best advice would be to check out other similar listings on Flippa and see what similar sites have sold for in order to identify the going rate.

    Good luck,

    Will

Im going to be honest, I dont think very much. According to market samurai, and my eyes, it looks very easy to rank for. I mean here in canada, the first result is a ezine article.. If its made sales, ask for 3-5X the amount you have made from sales, thats generally the rule of thumb. I have tried selling sites based on their rankings, but honestly someone would rather buy a website that has a proven history of income then a site thats ranked in the serps.
